Today at technology my group was learning how to make Synoman and jam muffins.This was my second time going to technology at tamaki college.We had to get all the stuff to make the muffins.
We needed to get the whisk,2 bowls,measuring cups and measuring spoons.
These are the wet ingredients.
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- And melted butter
Then we mixed it together.
These are the dry ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- Half a cup of sugar
- Teaspoon of baking soda
Then mix them together and put the mixture in the muffin tray and put jam on top and cover it again in more mixture then put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
