WALT: reflect on what we watched.

Today I am blogging my sugar film part 3 reflection.

We watched part 3 in the morning block and we just did this after that there is still a 4 part to watch and reflect but now I have to focus on this.

The challenging slide was the first slide because I did not understand some parts so My buddy that I was working with Kauri helped me and told me to research.

I need to work on researching some things when I don't understand.

Maths

IALT:blog the questions that we have finished answering.

Today in maths me,Gary,Lelani and Losana started answering questions for our maths group.

These are the only two questions we have done because they were a little tricky.

Me and gary kept agreeing and disagreeing on the answer but we finished it.

The challenging question was the first one because we didn't understand it sometimes and sometimes we did.

I need to work on understanding more of the questions because sometimes I just ask Gary for help.

Activity

1. Ari was ordering 4 tickets for a concert .She multiplied the ticket price payed by four and added on the Booking Fee of $6.She got $70.How much did one ticket cost?

Answer: The answer is $16 because in the question it states that she multiplied the price of four tickets and added on the booking fee of $6. And got $70. So I’m thinking the price of four tickets is $64 because with the booking fee she had $70. And if you divide 4 by 64 it’ll equal 16.

2. Sam bought three identical watches. He paid a total of $90. How  much was each watch before the discount was taken off?

Answer: The answer is $30 because the question says how much was each watch before the discount was taken off. In addition 30 x 3 = 90

Technology Reflection

Today I was in a new class and it was Hard materials.It was was A little fun because I really wanted to make Something.But first we had to learn the rules.And after that We had to draw 10 designs on what we wanted to make but if we wanted to make something we had to think of a meaning unrust we would have to wait until we have thought of a meaning.

I wanted to make a old classic car that is made out of wood and the meaning of this was so I can play with it.

Also I wanted to make a birdhouse and the meaning of this is so the birds can have somewhere to live and somewhere to play.I still have lots of ideas but we can only choose one of your ideas.

I think I am going to have lots of fun in this class and the thing that was challenging was drawing the different tools to remember what they are called and what they look like.

The teacher's name is Mr Grundy and he is a funny teacher because he always says funny joke about people breaking the rules.

Technology reflection

WALT:Reflect on what we did in technology.

Today at Technology it was the last session for cooking.We cooked blueberry muffins and it was very easy because my buddy Toma knew what he was doing because I think he has already made muffins before.

It has been  a cool experience in cooking class making new things and I hope to cook at home.

Our teachers name was miss Tuipulotu she was a good teacher because she was a hard worker.

I think cooking is the best class because you get to make food with a buddy and eat it after it is cooked or baked.

The challenging part was cooking it because sometime me and toma would of not turned the oven on and it will just stay in the oven not cooking.

The best part was eating the food it because the food looked nice to eat.

Kiwi sport reflection

WALT:reflect on what we did in kiwisport.

Today my class went down stairs to kiwisport.We were learning how to play basketball there was to teachers and their names was Peter and Hyrum.The first drill that we had to do was passing It was hard for me because I couldn't pass long and I had to chuck it up.

The second drill was called Miami and we had to line up in a M shape and then one person had to run threw and do chest passes and when we go to the end we did a lay up.

And who ever got the most lay ups wins.

My team won and the other team had to do shuttles for losing it looked tiering because when they finished every one was breathing loud .

The next game we played was called ball tag,We had to split into two groups and one team had to run around and try not to get tagged and the other team had to pass the ball around and try tag the other team without walking.It was a fun and hard game but it was mostly fun.

After all of the hard work I felt tired because we had to run in most of the drills and also I felt happy because all of the drills everyone was having fun and trying there best and never giving up.
